Ask customers, peers, or team members – many of whom have been a part of CWS since the start- and they’ll tell you the success of CWS is directly due to fearless leadership, boundless vision, and a strong culture of giving. Even though monetary donations can have a tremendous impact on a worthy cause, CWS Home Service’s volunteer program, B.R.I.D.G.E., is structured in a unique way that is designed to connect the hearts of our employees to local communities through donation of time and talent.

B.R.I.D.G.E. is a fundamental aspect of our culture and we find that employees are motivated by the strong sense of values and meaningful relationships created through the program. B.R.I.D.G.E. provides our employees an opportunity to be Project Managers, Event Coordinators, and Chief Executive Officers of community service. Through volunteer events, we celebrate our success as well as develop a unique unity, build stronger teams, create awareness, and exemplify leadership throughout the community. It is this combination of business values, sense of care, and service livelihood that continues to have the greatest impact.

While the impact of corporate funds invested in our communities can be easily measured, there is no adequate dollar value for the return we experience in positive employee relationships and the tremendous impact on our communities. Community service impacts more than just the community and our employees know that. Through the B.R.I.D.G.E. program, CWS continues to have a long-term impact locally, regionally, nationally, and globally.
